We work collaboratively and digitally

For us, collaboration is not just a process, but a philosophy. We promote collaboration through a digital approach that brings together all parties involved in a project, just as we bring people together. This accelerates communication and gives all parties full control – 24/7 from anywhere.

Personal briefing

Our process begins with a personal video call in which we take a detailed look at the requirements and goals of your project. This first conversation lays the foundation for a journey together.

File exchange & Visual Workspace

Next, you share all relevant project data, including previous designs, floor plans and CI material. We use this valuable information to create a visual workspace, the central hub for our collaboration.

Concept development

Our creative process begins with your briefing and the data provided. It usually involves 2-3 iterations of ideas to arrive at the final concept. Every step is visualised, including 2D plans and 3D renderings. Our workspace is used as a platform for comments, feedback and improvements.

Production phase

Once the final concept has been approved, production takes place seamlessly. All project-relevant data exchanges, such as the uploading of graphic and print data, remain in the visual workspace for transparency and efficient collaboration.

Debriefing and continuous development

Even after the project is completed, our cooperation continues. We keep track of the entire process in the visual workspace. Future projects can build on this foundation to provide continuity and access to important information for all involved.
